Behind the Flowers
Elowyn is a floristry studio based in Nottinghamshire. We provide event and wedding flowers throughout the East Midlands.
Founded by Cate, who has always been passionate about growing flowers and being outdoors, our floristry is inspired by the natural surroundings and English country gardens. We specialise in seasonal British flowers, growing as much as we can in our cutting garden and sourcing from other local growers from Spring until Autumn. We buy in sustainably sourced flowers in the winter and early spring months to extend our season.

Sustainability is at the centre of our business. Our flowers in our cutting garden are grown with organic principles. Using no pesticides or chemicals our flowers are pollinator friendly. We also source ingredients from local growers, reducing our carbon footprint wherever possible. We are part of Flowers From the Farm, a national organisation working hard to increase locally grown flowers to the UK market.
All of our designs are created without the use of floral foam. As part of our clear down service we return all waste to our composting station, which becomes mulch for the next years flowers. Striving for zero waste always.
